production.json - cleanup missing #1749

Describe the bug
The production.json file is rotated but old files are never removed from the filesystem

[root@oitc etc]# pwd
/opt/openitc/receiver/etc
[root@oitc etc]# ls | wc -l
3071
[root@oitc etc]# du -h ../ -d1
4.0K    ../bin
15G     ../etc
1.1M    ../examples
324K    ../src
2.6M    ../vendor
15G     ../

Expected behavior
Cleanup of old files

Versions

openITCOCKPIT Server Version: 4.8.1
RHEL and Ubuntu
