[FR]: exfat support and add new language

Explanation

1. There are plans for adding exfat support for the Formater and the other tools.
   I don’t know if you have a HDD with exfat and play a disc game like FF12 that use HDD space to save data -> Can the game use this exfat HDD with a loaded driver in the RAM ?
2. How can I give you the translated pot template file ? So you can add this language to the program.

Exfat HDDs don't need any extra tool to install games, therefore, HDL batch installer development will continue as if grimdoomer OPL never existed.

However keep in mind that grimdoomer OPL cuts you of the following "desirable things":

• POPStarter (if u like PS1 games)
• Trying older OPLs for games that broke on some newer versions
• booting exploit from HDD without depending on memory card

HDD in Exfat breaks support with any other software (homebrew, game or og Sony software)

Games like ffXI will NEVER work on Exfat HDD.

However, neutrino can emulate the presence of APA HDD if you provide a 40gb file formatted by PFSSHELL

There's no other solution excluding this one

If you dont know much of pull request follow this link. it will take you directly to the place where you have to upload the .po file that POEdit gave you.

1) Okay thank you. Than I would buy a 2TB HDD to use it with APA partitions. I use it to play PS2 + some PS1 games. I boot the exploit over a MC + MC Pro 2 in the future with Modchip installed. 2) Ah PoEdit is the tool. I use notepad++ for the translation of the file. The problem with the words „God Of War“ can you see in line #109 in PoEdit. It is an example for the user. I can’t change it, because it is used as an ID. Yours Sincerely
