Surface recontruction (Paid project)

Hello team, I need someone that is familiar with surface recontruction, actually I'm getting a foot 3D scan that is scanned on the floor, and I need to remove the floor (already done) but Now I need to recontruct the plantar surface, as you can see now it's not filled.
