This will allow admin staff at your college to log in to the portal as a certain student or tutor, as a way of helping to resolve portal-related issues for them. As ish cannot provide support to students with portal problems, this will make it considerably easier for staff to resolve portal issues without the need of ish Support's involvement.

This would be a read-only mode.

If the student/tutor is also enrolled in/works at another college with the same credentials, this data would not be visible to the Admin user. Only the data from the Admin's college would be visible to them.

Would this also be for login as tutor as well? One of my big gripes is tutors contacting me and saying it's not working but not indicating what the problem is (9/10 it's the blank login screen usually).
