Clarification on Licensing Conflict in Launcher File #10

Description

@MrKeith99

I’m working on a project using Isaac Sim and would like to use the package isaacsim from this repository, which is licensed under the Apache License 2.0. However, I noticed that some files contain the following NVIDIA copyright notice at the top:

# Copyright (c) 2020-2024, NVIDIA CORPORATION. All rights reserved.
#
# NVIDIA CORPORATION and its licensors retain all intellectual property
# and proprietary rights in and to this software, related documentation
# and any modifications thereto. Any use, reproduction, disclosure or
# distribution of this software and related documentation without an express
# license agreement from NVIDIA CORPORATION is strictly prohibited.

This notice seems to conflict with the Apache License 2.0 applied to the repository, as it suggests that explicit permission from NVIDIA is required for use, while the Apache License allows broader usage rights.

Could you please clarify whether those file are indeed covered under the Apache License 2.0, or if the NVIDIA restriction still applies? I’d like to ensure I’m complying with the correct terms for my project.

Thank you for your time and assistance!
