We should have a test to ensure arrays are passed and parsed correctly (comma delimited strings):

?cid=Qm1,Qm2,bafy3 → should return pins for all passed cids, and nothing more
?status=queued,pinning → should return pins in specified states, and nothing more

min/max limits for multiple items should also be checked - for example CIDs should be limited to 1-10 items
