rectify /home numbers against PL dashboard numbers #45

I'd like to use the /home numbers for the IPFS leads weekly where we look at WoW numbers to identify scenarios that need a response.

We've been using this, which @pk13-PLF made:

But the numbers here are really different:

What is the difference between how these are calculated?

There are now explanations for each metric on /home that should help explain each number better:
