Simplify IC minutes requirements #6
Description
At the moment, A3.7 states:
Once approved by the IC, the minutes of the IC meetings must be made available to the IOI community.
Individual votes cast for any given motion need to be communicated to the GA alongside the minutes of the IC meetings, unless IC approves not doing so before voting on a motion begins.
The original intention here was to not make the information on how IC voted public, but upon further discussions within IC this was deemed unnecessary and IC would like to just include the information on how IC voted public and alongside the minutes. The Regulations don't prohibit this approach but can be simplified.
