Renaming the term “Country” #3
Description
The current definition of Country in S2.1 is:
For the IOI, a Country is a state that has an officially recognised relationship with the United Nations, UNESCO, or which has already taken part in one or more past IOIs.
This definition often has to be referenced in our resources (such as IOI Statistics) to avoid issues. It should be considered if we want to use some other terms, such as "Member".
