Local environment setup

I am following this documentation https://github.com/invesalius/invesalius3/wiki/Running-InVesalius-3-in-Windows for setting up invesalius3 in my local development environment in Windows. I have followed the anaconda installation and it is giving me these errors on anaconda prompt.
The errors are complaining about a file that doesn't exist. I even tried creating log_config.json but errors still persist. Any type of guidance would be highly appreciated.

Hi @peach280. You have to compile the cython files in InVesalius https://github.com/invesalius/invesalius3/wiki/Running-InVesalius-3-in-Windows#compiling-invesalius
