Feedback survey URL redirects to deleted (unavailable) form #26

On feedback page http://intorust.com/feedback/ I found that the URL behind survey leads to deleted form (Google storage based).

Please change this URL to a new one or bring back the old Survey, which disappears :)

I am here for same! the google feedback form is down and needs to be replaced!
