Are there any Android apps capable of mounting WebDAV to Internxt?

I'm not sure I'd call this supporting WebDAV when you only list 4 supported apps, and none of them support Android.

Maybe you'd consider supporting DAVx5 for use with Graphene?

it acutally works with DAV on Android. Run webdav docker/cli on vm and connect via tailscale
