2.4.8 backup folders empty

Hi,
The backup folder created on the desktop app shows on the web, but the contents are always empty. The problem persists whether manual backup or automatic backups are chosen. I've tried deleting the machine and then re-adding, but the same result. I am running Arch-based Garuda linux. I am enclosing the main log.
