rethink and rework logging

Just rough ideas at the moment but we better look into improving logging a bit:

• do we want to move to structured logging
• move to klog's textlogger after the deprecation of klogr
• fix klog flags for the operator. what about sgx/fpga admissionwebhook?
• error logging and removal of github.com/pkg/errors
