Rotated coherence matrix in `plot_coherence_matrix.py`

Description of the desired feature

Add an option to plot the coherence matrix in the rotated style, like Fig. 15c in Yunjun et al. (2019), for a better representation of the long time series with a sequential network.

The single figure style from the current version of this script needs to be splited into two different figures, like tsview.py.
