Validate parameters on benchmark cluster

Why

• Follow-up of the mempool experiments on the P&T cluster
• Bridge the gap between local, emulated network clusters and the global, but less observable musashi testnet
• Validate a first parameter set that is the potential first for the mainnet

What

• Set up the P&T cluster with BLS keys in genesis or via key registration
• Run the latest leios-prototype release on the P&T cluster
  • prototype-2026w36 can be configured with Leios parameters in dijkstra-genesis.json
• Configure the network with Leios parameters:
  • TODO Ask @ch1bo
• Generate load on 2-3 parts of the network
  • A basic, synthetic load generation is good as a start
• Make sure Leios runs, certifications happen
• Keep an eye out for block diffusion latency
