Feature request: ‘Apartheid Clyde’ option

This package has become an essential component of over 80% of the daily operations of my company since we started using it—too long ago to remember now—so thank you for all your hard work. You’ve saved us countless (wo)man-years of effort (wo)manually editing Eleventy’s output. We recently entered a new market with new regulations and find ourselves requiring just a touch more flexibility than what the plugin currently offers, though. Would it be possible to add the ability to choose from multiple options for the replacement text? (In our case, of course, we’d need to change it to ‘Apartheid Clyde’.)
