The UI returns error messages that need some accompanying documentation. The documentation should explain possible causes of the error and potential solutions.

Suggestions from the Monitoring Team (@desa & co.) for ways to overcome this error:

1. Add more Filters to reduce the amount of data
2. Change aggregate window to be smaller
3. Downsample
4. Apply Mean Function
5. Limit the number of series displayed on a graph by default (with Flux)?

@sanderson @desa @russorat @alexpaxton we decided to write an error guide for the top query related errors and offer query optimization guidance.

Proposed top errors:

• Response is too large
• Too much memory
• Not enough quota
• No upstream (query is unhealthy)
  ^ Perhaps, we can get the specific errors for these @desa?

@desa can you point me to where in the codebase the actual error messages are generated, I think it's important to include the error text word-for-word (as much as possible) in case users search for the error rather than clicking the link.
