[BUG] Filter applies to all plugins on a page

If there is more than one plugin with a filter on a page and you would like to filter only books, the filter is also applied to all other plugins on the page.

A filter should only apply to the current plugin.

An option is to use the singletonID as already added for grouping, see 3731587
