Android app: "building the timeline" loading screen every time the app returns to foreground

I have searched the existing issues, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate report.

The bug

On every app cold start or resume from the background, the 'building the timeline' loading screen briefly reappears. The timeline view is then reset to top.

Details:

• loading screen appears only after backup spinner becomes a check mark.
• issue occurs even when backups are entirely turned off.
• issue does not occur when offline, so perhaps related to successful server sync

Likely related:

• iOS App – Resuming the app (warm, in memory) resets the timeline to the top #10395
• iOS App – Favoriting an asset from the asset detail view resets the timeline position #10318

Same here,
its s happening only if Partner-> Show in timeline is enabled, as soon as i turn it off timeline is working as expected
