[Feature] Enhance feature card hover interactions #964

Problem Statement

The homepage feature cards ("40+ Bug Patterns", "Code Explanation", "Smart Suggestions", "Dark / Light Mode", and "File Upload") appear as important interactive UI elements but currently provide limited visual feedback when users interact with them.

This can make the interface feel less engaging and reduce the perceived interactivity of these feature highlights.

Proposed Solution

Add subtle hover interactions to the feature cards, including:

• Smooth hover transitions
• Slight lift and scale animation
• Accent-colored glow effect
• Enhanced border highlighting on hover

These changes improve visual feedback and user experience while maintaining the existing design language.

Alternatives Considered

• Making the cards fully clickable and linking them to relevant sections
• Adding more complex animations

For now, a lightweight hover enhancement is preferred because it improves usability without changing existing functionality.

Additional Context

The enhancement is purely visual and does not modify application logic or user workflows.
