The very minimum would be to run a set of commands without throwing an error. And we'll see from there.

the quantilemaps module and associated script now accept a --regional
a646ad6 
parameter to produce regional files instead of gridded lat/lon
the regional average can be done from the existing CSV files or be
re-computed on-the-fly with intermediary results saved as netCDF under
/mnt/ISIMIP/indicators
