Support – Webhook Integration with CRM

Hello IGdm Pro team,

We are currently using your tool for lead generation and management via Instagram, and we would like to know if IGdm Pro has (or plans to implement) support for webhooks or any type of API integration.

Our goal is that, when we send bulk messages (via scraper), the system could send to our CRM (Kommo) an identifier showing that the lead originated from the scraper. This way, we could configure different flows for scraper leads and organic leads, allowing for more personalized responses.

Could you please confirm:

Is there currently any way to integrate IGdm Pro with a CRM via webhook or API?

If not, is this functionality planned for future releases?

At the moment there's no such API integration. However, would it help if you are able to export the leads (maybe as CSV), and then upload them to the CRM tool? Would that workflow work for you?
