Add a security considerations section

Description

xml2rfc processes XML files and generate HTML & PDF files.
All these file formats have potential to be exploited.
README.md file should have Security Considerations section warning about potential vulnerability vectors in xml2rfc specially if it's processing untrusted XML inputs.
