Issue or question about MOOSE

Hello Dear MOOSE team,
Would you please help?
Created my own kernel. Both header and source files. In the source file there is an object to register my class.
But when submit my input file for run, system tells that my object isn't registered.
Already tried git clean -Xdf, rebuilt couple times - nothing helped.
What is the main reason for object not to be registered?

Did you recompile the application after adding the files?

And how did you register the new object? And what is your app name in the src/base file?

all files were recompiled
the object was registered as follows:
#include "Diffusion_NP.h"
registerMooseObject("thApp", Diffusion_NP);

in the thApp.C file
InputParameters
thApp::validParams()
{
InputParameters params = MooseApp::validParams();
params.set("use_legacy_material_output") = false;
params.set("use_legacy_initial_residual_evaluation_behavior") = false;
return params;
}

This looks fjne.
Can you register it to MooseApp just like the objects in moose/framework/src ?

Just to rule out registration issues
