Feature Request : Program Entity Page - Data Category not dynamic as per program selected

Detailed Description

The data category is currently not dynamic with program selected. This can cause 2 potential issue like

1. Not able to view correct data category.
2. The count of donor and files will be missing if category is not present.

Possible Implementation

Given that the 5 Data category currently show is of most importance, Additional category if any from the program can be appended to the category list, Maintaining the importance and view for additional categories.
