🐛 treatment_start_interval does not allow input 0 #440

Describe the bug
We have made changes to allow negative numbers (#436) in field "treatment_start_interval" with the assumption that it also accepts number 0. However the system will give me following error:
The 'treatment_start_interval' field must be submitted when the 'treatment_type' field is 'immunotherapy'
