An accessibility issue with focus

Describe the bug
After opening the menu using a keyboard (shift + f10 for example) it should be focused and the user should be able to navigate through the items by pressing arrow up/down

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to url (repository)
2. Focus the "mantine context menu" element
3. Press shift+f10 to open the context menu

Expected behavior
The menu should be in focus after these steps similar to the radix one below
