{mlang} not working on first tab in sublevel

Hello all,
unfortunately the filter doesn't work on the first tab in a sublevel. We are using the onetopic format. Is there possibly a trick so that it still works?

I've tried to replicate that issue on format_onetopic child tabs' name but it actually worked as expected on recent Moodle versions with the latest versions of filter_multilang2 and format_onetopic plugins installed.

I think that is issue happened some time ago but was actually an issue of [format_onetopic ](https://moodle.org/plugins/format_onetopic) and was already fixed, so I recomend you to check if you are using the latest version of that plugin, and if that doesn't fix your issue you should report it on its GitHub repository.
