Add features and address TODOS

Right now the project is in infancy. Ideally we would tackle the following:

• Make use of other fields from the data in serialization
• Add tests
• Add a dummy django app for development
• Convert data to data.py format
• Add support for widgets
• Add support for forms
• Add support for multiselect
• Add support for custom institution lists
• Add better sorting for other languages
