[BUG]: Point Cloud Potree 1.7 #2707

Your Environment
- Version used: itowns 2.46.1-next.31
Context
By updating itowns (from 2.46.1-next.10 to 2.46.1-next.31) we see a regression about Point cloud visualization (Potree 1.7 format only).
The tiles appear to be misplaced which gives the impression that there are several overlapping point clouds.
The same point cloud data displays correctly in potree 2.0 and copc.
