just wanted to check wether there are more people who think that instead of using the "lightbulb" accessory we should rather use the "speaker" so that for example the Volume doesn't skyrocket if you turn up all the lights in the living room?

Edit: As far as I can see this would break the ability to change volume using Siri. Not a huge problem for me so I will try to make the changes in a separate branch. I'll let you know when it works.
Many thanks for the suggestion, i did want to implement as a speaker, but I wanted Siri integration / IOS Home App support more. A way to change the channel from siri would have been very cool but i resorted to using homebridge-cmdswitch2 with a python app to do that. I'm not sure when speakers will be supported but prehaps more UI controls will be added to Home when AirPlay 2 is released.
