Hyprbars: when clicking buttons, window gets dragged

When I attempt to click a button on the Hyprbar, the entire window gets dragged if I move the mouse even slightly in the middle of the click. This also causes various strange issues, such as the window being dragged to a second screen or some windows becoming invisible as a result. For example, I have a fullscreen button in the Hyprbar that triggers this behavior.
