hyprwinwrap : window behind special workspace is not rendered

if a window is set as a wallpaper with hyprwinwrap, if you open a special workspace windows in current workspace disappear.
It does not happen with hyprpaper

This is a known issue and it's due to hyprwinwrap being displayed behind a special workspace too.
