feat (hyprbars) : Have mouse event handling

Is it possible for hyprbar to handle mouse event?

Example:
left_click =>
right_click =>
middle_click =>
scroll_up =>
scroll_down =>
double_left_click =>

If not, should still be fine as this is a tiling WM/Compositor after all. What I only missed with the bar is the double click to make the window in full-screen.
