With #1611 we took a shortcut to add CAIP-2 support to the signing driver. We should now fully integrate this namespace as part of the wallet store and allow the user to configure/alter this setting.
Since CAIP-2 essentially uniquely describes a synchronizer, we should store the caip2 value as part of the network.
