Add UI zoom/scale option for font and interface size

Summary
The font and UI elements in Hydra are currently very large on my screen, and there is no way to zoom out or adjust the interface scaling.

Request
Please add an option in Settings to control the UI scale, or allow users to zoom in/out. This would help users who prefer smaller text or have high-resolution displays.

Possible approaches:

• A slider in Settings to adjust UI scale/zoom
• Keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl + +/-) to zoom in/out
• Support for fractional scaling (e.g. 80%, 90%, 100%)

Workarounds tried:

• Changing OS scaling works, but affects all apps
• No in-app option found
