feat(cli): add diff command to compare local components with registry

This brings the Svelte CLI to feature‑parity with the React version for update checks, allowing developers to audit changes before applying them.
Usage npx shadcn-svelte diff [component] or npx shadcn-svelte diff to list all changes

Sorry for the multiple commits related to Prettier. It seems I was battling a widespread line ending (CRLF) issue that caused Prettier to warn on almost all files.
