[Docs] [Bug] Latest docs on huggingface.co and latest github release don't match

Don't know if #1909 and #1910 are related, but as of today (2025/12/26), latest Github release is v0.22.2 but https://huggingface.co/docs/tokenizers/index defaults to v0.20.3, so several releases (and more than a year if I believe to release log) behind.

Is it expected for any reason ?
