Is Qualcomm SoCs supported now?

Hi, I see the [guide doc](https://github.com/huggingface/optimum-executorch/blob/main/docs/source/guides/export.mdx) mentioned that it's supported to set the `recipe` as Qualcomm SoCs. May I ask, is it already supported now? or any plan for this?
