Incorrect! The student's solution does not meet the assessment criteria because the `HfApiModel` is improperly configured. Specifically, the model ID `"Qwen/Qwen2.5-Coder-32B-Instruct"` is missing from the `HfApiModel()` instantiation, making it incomplete and different from the reference solution.
