Camera is clipping though world and even radar textures during both, gameplay and cutscenes too.
This issue only happens with Vulkan renderer and not with OpenGL.
What should happen
Camera should not clip though objects
Here is screenshot comparison from in-game as for some reason github won't let me upload video clips and shows an error...
Vulkan: (You can see it even clips though the radar too!)

You should provide a GE frame dump or a save state at the time the issue appeared, so the devs doesn't need to play the game from beginning to see the issue.
Same issue is present in both LCS/VCS btw, (In VCS you can easily observe it just by stepping into your garage to make the camera clip into the walls) (this issue as i said before only happens with Vulkan)
