Copy build version to clipboard

What should happen

When reporting specific builds of PPSSPP there seemingly no easy way of copying and pasting the build number/ version for reporting an issue on GitHub.

Who would this benefit

Anyone who is using Dev builds that encounter reportable issues.

Hm, could just make the number display in the UI clickable, or a hover effect with a little copy button.. though that would only work on desktop.

Though, the build number isn't that long, it's possible to manually type it.

If we're gonna put an item on the GUI to copy something to the clipboard, why not make it copy everything that's required for a bug report and concatenate it into a single string? I.e. it would put all of build number, platform, graphics backend and GPU onto the clipboard. Such an item could then be placed under the System Information menu.
