Hi @bieko , The issue usually occurs due to missing or incorrect mapping between Horilla employees and users in the biometric device. Please ensure the following:
When you run the test connection, Horilla fetches users from the device and attempts to map them with existing employees using the Badge ID. If no matching employee is found (i.e., Badge ID does not match the device User ID), the employees will not be loaded. Summary: Best Regards, |
