[Bug]: Postgres connections slow from release 1.46.8

Bug Description

When I connect through the hoop-cli to my (self-hosted) hoop server, the postgres connections are unbearably slow.
It doesn't seem to be an issue in the web terminal or with mysql.

I pinpointed this issue specifically to all releases from 1.46.8 as on 1.46.7 everything used to work fine and still does.

Steps to Reproduce

brew install hoop
hoop connect rdb-something

Expected Behavior

Connections through the proxy are reasonably fast

Actual Behavior

Connections through the proxy are unbearably slow

hey @daanpersoons thanks for reporting that. To help us further investigate this, can you tell me with you have the Presidio instance running with your installation. For reference, here's our docs about it.

You might find it in your installations recipes.

A follow up question is if you are using Guardrails and or AI Data Masking features on this Postgres.

No we do not have a Presidio instance, nor are we using Guardrails or AI Data Masking features.

@daanpersoons Could you also try to connect to this same database using the native client option in the web application and share the differences and similarities you are facing via CLI? In the Resources page you will find the Resources Roles, click on the "Connect" button and then select "Open in Native Client". It will give you the connection instructions via a URL in the Gateway so you can connect to it
