Model Name: iphone 16 pro max
Software Version: 18.2
App version: 2024.9.4
Home Assistant Core Version
2024.11.3
Describe the bug
For a few months now, I've noticed when entering back into the Home Assistant app from a "stale" state and not opening the application from a new state, the application will not refresh and connect back to the Home Assistant instance. Sometimes, it will show the previous state until you make a move/function such as go back or go to another menu at which time you may be presented an error.
At other times, you will just have a blank screen. (screenshots attached)
To Reproduce
Allow your Home Assistant application to go to a "stale" state. I'm not sure what timeframe that is, but its replicable for me each time.
Expected behavior
The application should either restore back to the previous screen (active, live) or tell you to refresh the application or something.
