CarPlay Actions reassigned when new server added in HA iOS Companion App

I had one server defined in the HA iOS Companion app. I had four actions defined in the HA iOS Companion app to open and close my two garage doors. When I added a second server to the HA iOS companion app, it reassigned the four actions to the newly added server. I had to go into the app to reassign the four actions back to the original server. This was after scratching my head for awhile trying to figure out why my carplay actions stopped working.

To reproduce the problem, just do the following:

• define a few iOS actions to your single server in the HA iOS companion app and hook them up to an automation.
• now add a second server to the HA iOS companion app.
• verify that the actions have been reassigned to the newly added server.

The expected behavior is that the iOS actions defined in the HA companion app stay assigned to the original server after another server is added to the companion app.
