Not sure if this is related but I've found that very often as explained after even just a few minutes of inactivity coming back to the app I experience one of these symptoms.
It used to be rock solid, not sure what's changed. I'm on iOS 15.3 |

This happens to me all the time too. I had to stop using the iOS app on my iPad and go back to just using Safari. Definitely needs to be fixed as it's unusable |

I'm using my iPad Pro to edit and make changes in the HA app, but the "refresh app interval" is extreme on iOS for the HA app.
If I'm writing yaml in the editor and quickly go to Safari to double check some code or whatnot, even if I was away from the HA app for 5 seconds, the whole UI in the app refreshes and all my yaml is gone. Meaning, I have to save every time for all things I do.
Is this by design? Because, many other apps don't have this aggressive refresh interval when you leave and come back to the app.
I know that Apple has it's way when it comes to memory handling and "sleeping" of apps when they are not in use, but I here I can't even switch to another app for 5 seconds without the Home Assistant app refreshing it's contents when I return.
I can make a screen recording of my issue if my explanation is bad.
