Scroll issue in release notes pages

The release notes cannot always be scrolled without a glitch.

On my mobile phone, a Samsung S21 using Chrome, it frequently have issues to pass thru sections with images for unknown reasons and been so since months.

The symtoms is that it “jumps back up a few pixels” making it infinite long, scrolling a bit quicker usually pass the section with ease.
