Traces: Fix inconsistent tabs order for Automations vs. Scripts

Describe the issue you are experiencing

The Traces UI for Scripts groups the two Config tabs (Blueprint optional) on the right side:

The Traces UI for Automations, however, has the Automation Config tab in second position on the left:

Describe the behavior you expected

The latter should be made consistent, also grouping the two Config tabs on the right side.

Because of muscle memory this makes maneuvering the UI much easier.

What version of Home Assistant Core has the issue?
